Ohhh my...

This has been a crazy week...and it's only Tuesday. I reported for the news on Monday...and ended up talking to a few gas station managers in the area about the rise in gas prices. They were all hit pretty hard by the building of the new Sheetz and didn't want to go on record talking about anything. I used the information I got to do a voicer, though....so it wasn't all bad. Last night was the gay marriage debate that I covered for radio news....eventually to be turned into a web story. The debate was pretty good...but I found out that students expected more of the argument to be based on fact and not just on opinion. I thought that was a good point. The debators could've been a little more prepared. The one guy was much younger and did a better job of appealing to the audience...but the other guy seemed to back up his argument a little better. I got a few student interviews, and I caught up with both the speakers and interviewed them also. I ended up getting some good sound to turn into a wrap for the web. That's about it for this week...one more day til break!!! :)
